Overview
Swan Contracting are experts in the modular building installation and civil works sector and our seasoned team of professionals are some of the most experienced within the industry.
Our company was founded on the principle of fostering excellence, innovation, and integrity in modular camp installation, office and school projects and is run by a team who has many years’ experience in the commercial construction and modular building industry.
We have worked together since 1998 installing thousands of square feet of modular projects - from single classroom buildings and offices, to large-scale mining infrastructure facilities, commercial, healthcare, and education complexes.
With access to a diverse range of tradesmen and women, our experienced team is embedded with a wide range of skills and abilities, enabling us to meet any challenge in our field. Since inception we have completed significant projects with a majority of our client base repeat clients.
Our mission statement ‘working together successfully’ encompasses our relationships with our clients, subcontractors, authorities and staff, highlighting our desire to build relationships whilst working towards a successful outcome for all involved.
Our head office is located in Perth and we have a proven track record in providing high quality service at a competitive price throughout all states in Australia.
